DMF connects businesses with third-party providers offering merchant processing, payment services, and related financial products. DMF does not act as a bank, lender, payment processor, underwriter, or financial institution.

Scope of Services

DMF’s role is limited to:

Facilitating introductions and referrals

Collecting and transmitting submitted information to third-party providers

Supporting general platform communication

All services, products, approvals, pricing, fees, contract terms, and timelines are determined exclusively by third-party providers.

Submission of information through the DMF platform does not guarantee:

Approval

Funding

Specific pricing or rates

Processing timelines

Ongoing account availability

All decisions are made independently by the applicable provider.

DMF may receive referral fees, residuals, or other compensation from third-party providers. Such compensation does not influence approval decisions, pricing, or terms offered to merchants.

Payments & Billing

DMF does not:

Collect merchant processing fees

Collect loan payments

Bill merchants for third-party services

All billing, fees, and payment obligations are handled directly between the merchant and the third-party provider.

Refunds

Because DMF does not sell products or process payments directly, DMF does not issue refunds. Any billing disputes must be resolved with the provider that issued the agreement.

Users are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted is accurate, complete, and authorized. Submission of false, misleading, or unauthorized information may result in rejection or removal from the platform.

Third-Party Responsibility

DMF is not responsible for:

Provider underwriting decisions

Service performance or availability

Account suspensions or terminations

Funding delays or denials

Provider compliance obligations

Any agents or representatives associated with DMF operate as independent referral representatives. Agents are not authorized to promise approvals, rates, timelines, or funding, nor to present themselves as lenders, processors, or underwriters.
