DMF does not provide financial products, does not process payments, is not a lender, bank, payment processor, or ISO, and does not underwrite, approve, fund, or settle any transactions.
DMF acts as an authorized agent of PayBotX and PayNex for merchant processing services and as a referral partner for Mulligan Funding for business financing.
All financial products, processing services, approvals, pricing, underwriting, and terms are provided by independent third parties.
All merchant processing services and financial products are offered, approved, and administered by third-party providers. DMF does not control or guarantee outcomes, approvals, rates, timelines, or service availability.
Your contractual relationship for any funding or processing product is directly with the third-party provider.
Submission of information through DMF does not guarantee approval, funding, or service availability.
You represent and warrant that:
• All information you submit is accurate and truthful
• You have authority to submit information on behalf of the business or individual
• You will not misuse the platform or misrepresent DMF or its partners
• You will not engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal conduct
DMF may receive referral fees, commissions, or residual compensation from third-party providers, including PayBotX, PayNex, and Mulligan Funding. Such compensation does not influence approval decisions or pricing.
DMF does not provide legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. Any information provided is for general informational purposes only.
Agents and referral representatives of DMF are not authorized to contact funding providers, processors, or partners directly, including PayBotX, PayNex, or Mulligan Funding.
All communications with such partners must be conducted by DMF.
Agents may only communicate with merchants and prospects through DMF-approved channels and processes.
Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of agent status.
All content, trademarks, logos, and materials on this website are the property of DMF or its licensors and may not be copied, modified, or used without written permission.
The website and services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
DMF is not responsible for third-party decisions, performance, delays, failures, or outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DMF shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DMF, its officers, directors, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.
