Deposit & Refund Policy (Agent Program)

This Deposit & Refund Policy applies only to participants in the Diamond Merchant Finance (“DMF”) Agent Program.

DMF does not sell consumer goods or services directly. The only refundable payment accepted by DMF is the Agent Program deposit described below.

1. Purpose of Deposit

DMF requires a $500 refundable deposit from agents to:

• Confirm participation and commitment to the Agent Program

• Cover onboarding, training, support, and internal setup costs

• Protect against misuse of systems, data, and partner relationships

This deposit is not a fee for goods or services and is not an investment, security, or income opportunity.

2. Refund Eligibility

The $500 deposit becomes eligible for refund once the agent has successfully:

• Referred and onboarded three (3) approved merchant accounts, and

• Those accounts have been verified by DMF as valid and active, and

• Two (2) full months have passed since the third account was activated.

Approval, activation, and timing are determined by DMF based on confirmation from processing or funding partners.

3. Timing of Refund

Once the above conditions are met, the agent may request a refund.

Refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days after eligibility is confirmed and a refund request is submitted.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

The deposit will not be refunded if:

• The agent fails to complete three approved accounts

• The agent voluntarily leaves the program before meeting eligibility

• The agent violates DMF Terms of Service or Agent Agreement

• The agent misrepresents DMF or its partners

• The agent engages in fraudulent, deceptive, or unethical conduct

5. No Guarantee of Refund Timeline

DMF does not guarantee that an agent will qualify for a refund. Qualification depends on agent activity, merchant eligibility, third-party approvals, and compliance with program rules.

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute instead of following this policy may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of any refund eligibility.

7. Changes to Policy

DMF may modify this policy at any time. Changes will apply prospectively.
